Mini How to Knit Colorwork Online Class with Pattern

Who this class is for: If you just need a push or a little bit of help to start knitting colorwork, this is a great class for you.  If you don't have time or can't show up to take a full class- usually 4+ hours over 2 days a week apart, online classes are perfect for you since you can work at your own pace. 

This class is not for: This class is not for people who have never decreased, followed a pattern, or are going to need a lot of help (since the class is online and I can't help you in person).

How to Knit Colorwork PDF walks you through the pattern step by step in 8 pages. Videos are noted in the PDF where they fit in with the directions. Included directions: 

15+ minutes of video which includes all of the important how to's. Videos include: 

• Casting on, dividing the stitches, making sure your stitches aren't twisted as you start to work in the round.
• Working colorwork- knitting with both hands or one hand, reading the charts
• Casting on for the thumb, decreasing for the thumb gusset
• Picking up thumb stitches
• Weaving in ends and fixing mistakes

You need the materials from the Chevron Wrist Warmers Pattern (yarn, knitting needles, etc). The PDF walks you through choosing yarn for the class.

Class is delivered via a ZIP file with PDFs of the Chevron Wrist Warmers Pattern, How to Knit Colorwork PDF, and videos files which are in WMV format (which plays on most computers and devices). The file is about 180KB, so please allow some time for the file to download to your computer.
