110% Guarantee: Midnightsky Fibers works hard to create amazing high quality products and patterns. If Midnightsky Fibers products are not as amazing as you expect them to be, return the items within 90 days and we will return 100% of the cost + 10%.*

Shipping: We ship internationally! Shipping is usually $2-10 in the US. Shipping is through the USPS, UPS, or Fedex. Allow 5-7 business days to ship, more for custom and bulk.  

Payment: Pay with paypal or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). 

Patterns:  Patterns are downloadable PDF's you get when you check out,.designed to be printed in high quality, with full color graphics and large charts. Patterns are carefully designed, edited, and tested before being released. 

Online Classes: Classes are self guided so you can work on them when you have time. Online classes are downloads that contains videos, PDF instructions, and any other patterns or info needed for the class. 

Yarn and Fiber: Midnightsky Fibers products are naturally dyed. We use a dye process to ensure that items are as color and light fast as possible. Some yarns will have a tiny bit of dye leak (or crocking for indigo). Items should be hand washed in cool water, lay flat to dry.

Privacy:  We do not sharing your personal identification information with any other parties unless otherwise noted (ie specific contest entries). You will not receive any unsolicited offers or information from Midnightsky Fibers, and Midnightsky Fibers uses a secure cart system for your checkout to make sure you and your information is protected.
